Our club fiscal year starts July 1.  At that time, everyone ows \$300  (\$220 for life time members).  Some members pay the whole amount and some pay by quarter which is okay so  long as they pay in a timely manner.

All of our club meeting expenses(food,, drink, insurance, membership payments to Sertoma Inc.,building cleanup, et.) come out of our "Operating Account".  None of it comes out of our "Charity Accounts".  The money in the "Operating Account" comes from dues payments.

A big problem we have is that several times a year, we have members that don't pay any dues and then sometime later in the fiscal year for various reasons, they say they want to drop out of the club.  Meanwhile, we have paid their dues to Sertoma Inc. and several other expenses and that is a loss to the club. We ask them to pay their back dues, usually with no success and we don't use a collection agency.

For this fiscal year, we have 33 members who have not paid any dues and 6 that have made some quarterly payments.

For the good of the club, please make an effort to pay your dues on time.
